Solved method:

由於是在公司抓，以為ubuntu內建proxy設好就ＯＫ，

原來還有做下面的設定才有用。

export HTTP_PROXY=http://proxy.hinet.net:80
export HTTPS_PROXY=http://proxy.hinet.net:80
